March 2019 Rentals Update
Our Learn 2 Curl rental program has ended for the 2018-19 season.
We will let our ice go in early May and will not have ice during the summer.
We will make ice again in September and the new curling season will start in October 2019 and run until the end of April 2020.
Once the final schedule is set for the new season, we will accept reservations for the new season. Updates will be posted on our website.

Learn 2 Curl Rentals
The Green Bay Curling Club welcomes rentals.
The clubroom and ice rink are available for Learn-to-Curl group outings in conjunction with business meetings, corporate outings, parties, and receptions.
The clubroom may be rented for business meetings, corporate outings, parties, and receptions without curling.
Please read Date Availability & Other Guidelines at the bottom of the page.
If you would like to make a reservation for your group, first download the application packet that applies to your group (below). Fill out and return the application page found in the packet. We will contact you to confirmed the date, at which time your reservation will be placed on our calendar. The reservation will be guaranteed once any required deposit is received.
For available dates, check our calendar found on the top menu bar at this website.
If you have questions or to return a completed application form, email us
The clubhouse and ice is available for rentals by those needing a place to host business meetings and corporate outings, parties and receptions. We especially welcome those interested in renting our facility for a group wanting to try the sport of curling.
Student groups and non-profit organizations such as youth clubs, scouts and church groups are welcome at the Green Bay Curling Club. These groups are eligible for reduced rental rates for curling events. As a general rule, junior curlers should be age 11 and up. Children younger than 11 are most often too small to successfully manage the 42 pounds stones.
Green Bay Curling Club members may host non-curlers at the club, for both curling and non-curling events, at a reduced rate as a benefit of their membership dues.
Between November and early April:
- Weekday evenings are not available except during the holidays at the end of December.
- Weekdays and weekends are the most available time slots.
We will help you find a time but it helps if you narrow your choices before contacting us.
For rental availability, check the club calendar on this website. It is kept up to date.
Other Guidelines:Rentals are not booked until the completed application is received and not guaranteed until any required deposit is received.
We can accommodate large groups; however, the on-ice instruction works best with a group of around 25. For safety, on-ice groups may not exceed 30. Larger groups can be broken into sections. Instruction and basic skills practice takes about 1 hour per group.
All of our instructors are volunteer curling club members. If you have a large group, more instructors are required to ensure that your group has adequate instructor attention during your rental. We guarantee the appropriate number of instructors for the size group you bring and will not guarantee your reservation until we know that we can find enough volunteer instructors. Based on this, discounts for large groups are rare. However, we do understand budget restrictions, so please discuss your situation with us.
