Waivers/Policies

Raffle Ticket Notice

    Full League Members are required to sell a minimum of 5 raffle tickets during the season. Members will be invoiced for the amount of any required tickets not sold or turned in by the required date.

    Weekend League Members are required to sell a minimum of 3 raffle tickets during the season. Members will be invoiced for the amount of any required tickets not sold or turned in by the required date.

    Student League Member are not required to sell raffle tickets

2025-2026 Season

To register for ALL GBCC LEAGUES:

  1. Select GBCC Membership (round check-box). 
  2. Select Membership Fee from the drop-down menu immediately below
  3. Select a square check-box for each league that you plan to curl in
  4. For each league, team names are required.  If team names are unknown, fill in with ASSIGN

NOTE:  Curlers must register individually.  Listing your teammates lets us know you plan to curl together but does not register them for the season.

Additional Options

Pay by credit card you must select the check box below. IF YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD AND DO NOT CHECK BELOW YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE FEE.

 GBCC key fobs are available to members who are 21 years or older, paying All League Dues.  There is a charge of $10 to cover the cost of the fob. YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE FOB UNTIL FEE IS PAID.



Payment Instructions
    1. Check the box above to pay via Credit Card with your registration today.  Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Credit Card only.   Fee of 2.75% (taxes not included in fee calculation).
    2. To pay after registration. You can find amount owing by logging into the club website > Members + > Membership info. Amount owing shows at the bottom of the page. 
      • Online payment: At the bottom of the Membership info page, you have the option to pay via credit card, you will see a pay now option if payment is due.
      • Pay by check. 
        • Make payable to Green Bay Curling Club, Inc.  
        • Drop in the lockbox at the club (In Kitchen OR mail to Green Bay Curling Club PO Box 10301, Green Bay, WI 54307-0301
        • NSF checks will be charged all fees necessary to cover GBCC bank fees.  Membership will be inactivated until the matter is resolved.
    3. Payment plan. You are valued as a member and we will work with you on a payment plan. Note payment deadlines below. Contact us at registration@curlgb.com to request payment plan.


Payment Deadlines

    Payment Deadlines:

    • Early Pay discount:  discount applies to All League Dues only; full payment must be received/postmarked on or before October 1, 2025.
    • ALL other Dues:  paid in full by November 1, 2025, or prior to your first scheduled league play. Whichever is first. You must be paid prior to playing!
    • Payment plan: Plan in place and initial payment of $100 due November 1, 2025.  Final payment due January 1, 2026.

    3. if paying today by credit card, on page 3 click the PAY NOW button to enter your credit card information (button above on this page must also be checked!)
